The measurement plan is the key to a good design project - properly carried out measurements, so after signing the contract, our specialists will come to your facility for photo and video recording, clarifying the location of communications, as well as building a model of the room. An inaccurate measurement plan can seriously affect the final result of your home's design. This item can be made by the customer himself, having a laser tape measure, but in this case all the shortcomings of the measurement plan may surface during the creation of the design project and its implementation. Therefore, it is still desirable to entrust this item to professionals.

A planning solution is a layout of a room with the designation of walls, windows, doors, zones, pieces of furniture, sometimes other elements, for example, radiators, flaps, pipes. The basis of the image is a horizontal cross—section view at the level of window openings. The essence of the planning solution is the division of rooms into functional areas. Work is underway both with a large space and with subzones. For example, it is not enough to separate the kitchen from the bathroom with a wall — you need to designate areas for eating, storage, cooking. Appropriate furniture is selected for each zone. And so it is with all the rooms. The process of creating a planning solution can be compared to a game. Rearranging walls, doors and zones makes it easy to feel like a creator. However, all actions must be justified and subject to the standards: GOST, SNIP and Housing Code of the Russian Federation. An incorrect planning solution can be very expensive, it will not be possible to coordinate it. This item is mandatory in any design project. The list of finishing materials in the design project allows not only to purchase high-quality proven reliable materials that will ideally solve the existing problems, but also to calculate the quantitative need for them, avoid unnecessary residues, and also predict costs. Compiling a complete list of equipment is a painstaking, time–consuming task that requires an understanding of the market and attention to detail. Depending on the purpose of the room and the work performed in it, various characteristics of materials will be taken into account: wear resistance, heat resistance, antifriction, etc. Without professional help, it is quite difficult to understand the features of components and their influence on each other. The best assistant in this matter is an interior design project and a list of finishing materials. An experienced specialist will list the names of materials, indicate their manufacturer, parameters, quantity, cost and articles of models with pictures, which will ensure the fastest search and the most accurate choice. These materials and components, for the most part, are of a recommendatory nature, i.e. they can be easily replaced with analogues without prejudice to the common cause. The presence of two or three suppliers will allow you to analyze prices and determine the most favorable offers for yourself. It is better to choose one company, because a discount or additional bonuses are often provided for a large purchase by the store, as well as transportation costs are reduced. At first glance, it may seem that the working drawings and diagrams are easy to read, and the cladding materials discussed at the approval stage are not difficult to choose. But in fact, it is not an easy task to calculate the need for materials, make their successful combinations and navigate the variety of construction equipment available today.
